What I Wish I Knew Earlier About the Nervous System

If there’s one thing I wish someone had whispered to me earlier in my journey, it’s this:

Your business.

Your sense of ease and joy.
And maybe most importantly… your connection with yourself.

For the longest time, I didn’t realize how deeply it all intertwined. The universe kept sending little signs — soft nudges, gentle clues — but I brushed past them. It all looked too subtle, too simple to be the missing key.

Now, after years of spiritual work, mentorships, and deep soul excavation, I know this truth in every cell of my body:
Regulating your nervous system is the foundation.
